At LTD Commodities, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and lifestyle purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Locate the pack slip included with your order and fill out the return form, indicating the reason for the return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Apply the Shipping Label

  Affix the Easy Return label provided on your packing slip to the outside of the box, or use your preferred carrier to ship the package to our returns department.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.
